Meet The Team

Shayne Neuwirth founded her CPA firm in 2011 with a vision to create an accounting practice that feels personal, approachable, and genuinely helpful for individuals and small businesses. Before launching her firm, she worked in corporate accounting with Pulte Homes and US Airways, experiences that gave her a strong foundation in business and finance.
Over the years, her firm has grown into a trusted resource for clients across Arizona and beyond. Shayne has been featured as a tax expert in news and media outlets and is known for her clear, practical approach to helping clients make confident financial decisions.
She lives in Scottsdale with her husband, whom she met at the University of Arizona, their twins, and two goldendoodles. Family time is her favorite way to recharge.

Joanna grew up in a small town in Illinois and moved to Arizona to escape the cold and attend ASU where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. Joanna then pursued a Master’s of Accounting and Financial Management graduating in 2013. She earned her CPA in 2015 while working as a staff accountant for Henry+Horne She has worked for the Shayne R. Neuwirth CPA, PLLC since June of 2018 and strives to provide quality service to clients and continuously learn about the tax field. As the senior tax manager, she specializes in both business and individual returns as well as payroll and LLC setup. Joanna enjoys getting to know our clients and ensuring they receive assistance tailored to their needs. In her spare time, Joanna enjoys golfing, baseball games, baking, Escape Rooms, and movies.

Trisha moved to Arizona in 2018 from Illinois. She has an Associate of Science Degree from Rockford Career College of Illinois, in 2017. In her free time, Trisha enjoys bonfires, reading, puzzles, and exploring Arizona with her husband, Mike. She loves dogs and hopes to adopt one someday. Being from the Midwest, a good rainstorm makes her happy. Trisha has been in the Customer Service Industry for over 12 years and loves meeting new people. She looks forward to meeting you soon!"

Office Manager

Sarah is a native to Arizona, she has known Shayne for over 10 years and has 19 years of bookkeeping experience. Sarah is married with 2 daughters aged 6 and 7, the eldest was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome at 10 months of age. Due to her daughters’ significant needs, Sarah works part-time so that she can be with her girls after school. Sarah plans to attend ASU in the fall to finish her business degree and pursue her CPA. When she is not busy being a mom, student and bookkeeper she enjoys volunteering for The Angelman Syndrome Foundation; meeting recently diagnosed families, organizing the yearly fundraising walk, and spreading awareness for this rare disease.

Jordan grew up and has family in both Illinois and Washington state and moved to Arizona in 2021 and started working at Shayne's office in late 2022. She has her degree in Leadership from Southeastern University and has been working in the administration and customer service field for over eight years. In her free time, she likes spending time with her husband exploring new places around the Phoenix area as well as staying active at the gym or outside.

Kim joined Shayne R. Neuwirth CPA, PLLC in July of 2022. She has an MBA in Accountancy and Bachelor's in Food Service Management. With over 9 years of accounting and payroll experience, she has grown to provide quality accounting services to our clients from small start-up businesses to long-standing companies with multimillions in revenue. Outside of the office, Kim enjoys small getaways to Northern Arizona, cookouts with her family, movies, concerts, and arcades.
Kim Ramone

Jonathan grew up in the Kansas City area before attending Arizona State University for undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering. He went on to attend law school at the University of Kansas and graduate studies in accounting at the University of Missouri: Kansas City Bloch School of Management and Avila University before becoming a CPA in 2018 and moving back to Scottsdale. Because he is not an attorney, he cannot provide legal advice, and no recommendations should be construed as legal advice. When away from work, Jonathan enjoys ASU and KU football and basketball, movies, bowling, and playing clarinet and saxophone.
