Meet The Team
Shayne R. Neuwirth
CPA, Owner SRNCPA
Joanna grew up in a small town in Illinois and moved to Arizona to escape the cold and attend ASU where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. Joanna then pursued a Master’s of Accounting and Financial Management graduating in 2013. She earned her CPA in 2015 while working as a staff accountant for Henry+Horne She has worked for the Shayne R. Neuwirth CPA, PLLC since June of 2018 and strives to provide quality service to clients and continuously learn about the tax field. As the senior tax manager, she specializes in both business and individual returns as well as payroll and LLC setup. Joanna enjoys getting to know our clients and ensuring they receive assistance tailored to their needs. In her spare time, Joanna enjoys golfing, baseball games, baking, Escape Rooms, and movies.
Joanna M. Yergler
CPA, MAFM, Director of Tax
Ivy started at SRNCPA in September 2019 and was hired on as the Accounting Manager of the firm. Ivy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and in Business Administration from Aurora University. She relocated to Phoenix from the western suburbs of Chicago with her husband and two sons in 2019. Her Accounting background started at a property management company in Chicagoland where she had dual roles as the Accounting Specialist and Office Manager. As the Accounting Manager, she manages our clients’ general ledgers, monitor and analyze accounting data, produce financial statements and enforce proper accounting methods. Ivy is currently pursuing a Master’s in Professional Accounting emphasis in Taxation at Colorado State University – Global with an estimated date of completion in March 2021, and after completion, Ivy will be sitting for the CPA exam. In her spare time, Ivy enjoys reading books of all genres, crafts, and exploring Arizona.
Trisha moved to Arizona in 2018 from Illinois. She has an Associate of Science Degree from Rockford Career College of Illinois, in 2017. In her free time, Trisha enjoys bonfires, reading, puzzles, and exploring Arizona with her husband, Mike. She loves dogs and hopes to adopt one someday. Being from the Midwest, a good rainstorm makes her happy. Trisha has been in the Customer Service Industry for over 12 years and loves meeting new people. She looks forward to meeting you soon!"
Sarah is a native to Arizona, she has known Shayne for over 10 years and has 19 years of bookkeeping experience. Sarah is married with 2 daughters aged 6 and 7, the eldest was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome at 10 months of age. Due to her daughters’ significant needs, Sarah works part-time so that she can be with her girls after school. Sarah plans to attend ASU in the fall to finish her business degree and pursue her CPA. When she is not busy being a mom, student and bookkeeper she enjoys volunteering for The Angelman Syndrome Foundation; meeting recently diagnosed families, organizing the yearly fundraising walk, and spreading awareness for this rare disease.
Stacy moved to the Phoenix area in the summer of 2008 from northeastern Utah. She has lived on both the east and west sides of the Valley with her husband and three sons. She attended Arizona State University where she graduated with her Bachelor's in Accountancy and went on to obtain her Master's in Taxation from the W.P. Carey School of Business. Stacy began her public accounting career at Henry + Horne in Scottsdale, Arizona. While working there, she was able to obtain her CPA license in 2017 and get a wide range of experience in a variety of tax matters. Stacy has joined the team here at Shayne R. Neuwirth CPA PLLC in June of 2020, to assist in the preparation and review of income tax returns. Stacy loves to read and enjoys being outdoors with her family. She has three dogs, two goats, and volunteers regularly at a local horse rescue.
Henry is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy at the Arizona State University & interning with Shayne R. Neuwirth CPA, PLLC. My interests include fine arts, outdoor activities, & martial arts. I provide assistance in bookkeeping, as well as individual tax preparation. It has been a rewarding experience interacting with a very dynamic team & learning about the operations of this Accounting Firm.
